While at Pluralsight, working on the Flow product, a software engineering intelligence platform, I developed and managed social media KPIs and OKRs, resulting in a 27% increase in organic reach on LinkedIn and a 13% growth in organic impressions by the end of Q1. Collaborating with engineering, product, and product marketing teams, I crafted a digital marketing strategy for new features and updates, and launched a tech blog series. I led our expansion into YouTube (4.1k subscribers) and Mastodon, and oversaw a $50k quarterly budget for paid social on YouTube. Additionally, I designed a social media listening process to refine our digital brand tone in collaboration with the product marketing team.
