At Kin Insurance, I developed and executed organic and paid social strategies, overseeing content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement. I managed a $750K annual media budget, allocating resources across paid social, media buying, and influencer partnerships to maximize brand reach and performance.
I also designed community moderation workflows, integrating automation to improve response efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experience. Through A/B testing and performance analysis, I optimized engagement and conversion rates, while also establishing documented processes for handling feature update requests and relaying feedback to customer service.
